Attributes of the successful type VS the 5 unsuccessful types…

The successful type:

Coachable

Great listeners

Willing to adjust their technique and training style

Consistently give 100% with their diet and training

Patient and understand that results aren’t instant

Prioritise their training

Cope well with any set backs along the way

Willing to make sacrifices to reach their goals

Do the work and don’t make empty promises

The 5 unsuccessful types:

1. The “all or nothing” type. They say they’ll do what ever it takes. Understands what they have to do, follows everything for a few weeks then quits because it’s too hard. Weren’t ready for the commitment.

2.The “know it all” type. They understand what they have to do and how to do it. They do everything right under supervision, but then do the opposite when they’re on their own.

3.The “wants results but doesn’t want to change” type. Does all the exercises wrong. Doesn’t push hard, but believes they are. Doesn’t want to learn. Doesn’t take advice. Doesn’t prioritise training. Always has an excuse.

4. The “but I train really hard” type. Says they train really hard yet they fail to hit reasonable targets. Makes no progress. Questions why their body isn’t changing.

5.The “complainer” type. Everything is a problem. They don’t like anything about any training program. They don’t like their diet even though they picked the foods. They don’t like working hard, they complain about not making any progress.

Be the successful type to make the progress you want.
