What’s Included?
Everything is delivered through my personalised coaching app:
Training programs are customised to your abilities, strength and goals, focussing on low-volume, efficient, high-intensity weight training. Exercises, sets, and rep ranges clearly outlined, with demo videos to ensure correct form. A new program is designed every 6 weeks. Easily log workouts and track your strength progress in the app. Cardio is not incorporated to ensure effective strength and muscle gains, ultimately driving body composition changes.
Nutrition plans are tailored for any dietary requirements. As a certified Sports Nutritionist with the International Society of Sports Nutrition, I don’t just provide generic guidelines—you’ll receive an exact, tailored list of foods and quantities. These precise, results-driven plans ensure consistent progress toward the body composition changes you want. Your plan can be as simple or as varied as you wish, including meal options and a meal breakdown. If you prefer greater flexibility each day, opt for the ‘macros-only’ plan and log your foods using a verified database in the app.
Check-ins are smooth and efficient in the app. Includes adjustments to your program and/or nutrition, feedback on exercise videos, and advice to maximize your results. For clients on the Gold Coast, I offer in-person check-ins at Body Temple, which includes a body composition analysis (using the skin-folds method).
Ongoing support is provided throughout the entire process, including strategies to improve your sleep, manage stress, make good food choices when dining out, and other invaluable tools and feedback to maximise your results. You have direct access to me via the messenger in the app.
HOW TO GET STARTED?
Select a coaching option and fill out a registration form.
Recieve access your plans in the app in 2 business days.
We’ll then schedule an onboarding call to discuss the strategy to achieve your goals, make any final adjustments to your nutrition and program, and learn how to log your workouts and/or nutrition.
We schedule your fortnightly check-ins, and from there you’re ready to start!
