I'm Amy — a Certified Recomp Coach and ISSN Sports Nutritionist based on the Gold Coast, coaching clients online worldwide.
I've been strength training for over 20 years — and I've spent 15 years coaching people to build the strongest, leanest version of themselves.
My approach is simple, direct, and built entirely around you. No fluff, no filler, no unnecessary cardio. Just a clear plan with the science behind it, and someone who genuinely wants to see you succeed.
