One-on-One Sessions

To achieve maximum strength gains and body composition changes, you need to know how to train effectively. Whether you do one training session with me or commit to six months, you’ll gain the knowledge, insight, and confidence to transform the way you train forever. I will teach you how to safely and consistently push your body in every session, performing every exercise, set, and rep with intention - focussing on progressive overload and tracking strength performances over time. You will also master correct breathing techniques, conquer mental barriers, and develop a strong mindset, enabling you to consistently challenge yourself and achieve more than you ever thought possible. You will achieve results beyond just physical appearance - expect higher energy, better digestion, improved sleep, a more positive mood, and greater confidence.

All sessions are typically one hour and are based on a custom 6 week program that I design specifically for your unique goals, nothing is random - everything is planned and tracked. Adjustments made as often as needed and a brand new program is built every 6 weeks.

Before you can begin you’ll have a consultation.

What happens during the consult?

  • I gather information about your current situation, training and dieting history and experience, relevant medical background, and goals.

  • I measure your current body composition (body fat and muscle mass) using the skinfold method - optional but recommended for those with specific body composition goals and can be tracked fortnightly or monthly.

  • I take 'before' photos and progress photos every 2 months - optional.

  • We do a brief physical assessment to ensure your program targets any weak points and focuses on areas needing further development.

After the consult, I will build your custom 6 week training program, ready for you to start in our first session together. Note - programs are included in the cost of training sessions when you do at least 2 weekly sessions for 12 consecutive weeks, and can include additional workouts for you to do on your own if needed.

If you're serious about transforming your body composition, Nutrition Coaching is strongly recommended in addition to training sessions.
