
One-on-One COACHING Sessions
Whether you do one coaching session with me or commit to six months, you’ll gain the knowledge, insight, and confidence to transform the way you train forever. To change your body composition, you need to get stronger. No matter whether your goal is to lose fat, gain muscle, or become a leaner and more athletic version of yourself, every goal requires a gain in strength. You need to know how to train effectively in order to make significant, measureable progress.
I teach you how to safely and consistently push your body in every session, performing every exercise, set, and rep with purpose. You will learn correct breathing techniques, overcome mental barriers and develop a strong mindset, enabling you to consistently challenge yourself, beat your previous performances, and achieve more than you ever thought possible.
Before we begin coaching sessions, you’ll have an in-person initial consultation where we’ll discuss your current situation, training and dieting history, medical background, and goals. I’ll assess your physique, abilities, and any areas needing focus, and use the skinfold method to measure your body composition (optional but recommended for specific body goals). I then design a custom 6 week training program to suit your body mechanics, goals and experience level. Your program may include additional workouts for you to do on your own if you wish. Progress is tracked, adjustments are made as needed, and a new program is created every 6 weeks. For specific body composition goals, nutrition coaching is strongly recommended unless you have a good regime in place.
All training sessions are at Body Temple located on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. Sessions are either 45 minutes or 60 minutes. Please contact me below for pricing packages and availability.
