Training is low-volume with just 3-4 weight training sessions per week and no cardio - fully customised and straightforward, no guesswork. Nutrition plans are designed for fast and easy meal prep, fully tailored to suit your dietary needs and preferences. If you choose the macro targets option you have the flexibility to choose a greater variety of foods every day.

NUTRITION & TRAINING COACHING
Nutrition plan fully customised to you and your goals with the foods you want. Designed to optimise body composition results and training performance. Exact foods and weights provided with meal breakdown (or macro targets provided for flexible dieting). View, log and adjust foods and meals as needed in the app.

Strength training program customised to your strength, experience and goal. New program written every 6 weeks. Unlimited adjustments to ensure everything is the right fit for you. Log workouts and track progress in the app. Everything clearly laid out - exercises, sets, rep ranges, exercise demo videos.

Initial 45 min call to go over everything, make final adjustments to your plan and show you how to log workouts.

Scheduled check-in every 2 weeks. Includes: in-depth progress analysis; nutrition adjustment (based on measurements, weight, progress photos, nutrition and training compliance); responses to any questions you have; technique analysis on your exercise videos; feedback and practical advice to implement for optimal results.

Ongoing communication - support and guidance via messenger within the app. Response within 24 hours.
