Amy has been writing my online training programs for over 3 years and even though we are both in different states, the app makes her programs super easy to follow and she’s only ever a few minutes away from answering questions or making adjustments if I need. Amy has a thorough understanding of diet and training and over the years has taught me how to combine the two in order to make the time I spend in the gym worth the effort. I started training with Amy in the middle of 2016. I had gone through a lot of different forms of training in my nearly 7 years of hitting the gym. But since working with Amy I’ve never looked at any other form of training again. It took my body a lot to get used to the training method. There were a lot of setbacks like travelling, being injured, being sick, lack of motivation, just being flat-out lazy, and even joining the army and deploying overseas has hindered my goals to a certain extent. But fast forward nearly 8 years, I can now deadlift 280kg, bench press 135kg, and squat 200kg. I believe with my previous PT I could only deadlift about 170kgs. I have been so happy with my progress with Amy and I look forward to my training future with her also.

Amy changed everything for me. A solid diet, with foods I enjoy eating, and none of this starving yourself bullshit. Real food. Real quantities. Reviewed frequently and changed to your liking as necessary. Everything is measured and there is no guesswork. And as for the training….well, I never thought I’d get a thrill from leg pressing 430kg or deadlifting 120kg, but I do! Training with Amy is epic. I leave feeling strong AF. Amy is encouraging, she pushes you and makes you believe you can do it when your mind is trying to talk you out of it. And she is genuinely stoked for you when you get a PB on a lift. She’s with you every step of the way and I can’t believe what I’ve achieved under her guidance. Through diet and training, Amy took me from 28.1% to 17% body fat. My strength in all my major lifts has skyrocketed. And I mentally feel so much better – stronger, confident, happier. My only regret is that I didn’t find Amy sooner. It is hands down one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself.

After 12 years of ‘commercial’ gym training and eating a ‘healthy’ diet, I hadn’t reached the outcome I desired. 1 year ago; at 35 years old, with 2 children and a full time career…..I met Amy and totally transformed my body. I had tried to for months to eat 'Healthy' and lose body fat without much success. What I didn't realise is that I was over eating almost every day, and had no idea what macro ratio I needed to support loss of body fat for me. When I signed up with Amy she took skin fold measurements, body weight measurements and tailored a diet specific to my body and my likes. 6 months later, I'm down 18kg of body fat and I would not have been able to do that without her. Before being coached by Amy I was heavily overweight, always wanted to just sleep, had high blood pressure, high cholesterol, couldn't deal with stressful situations and used to sweat just walking short distances. Now I have normal blood pressure, can sleep perfectly and stressful situations are like water off a duck’s back and I can climb stairs without sweating. All this with NO cardio and no insanely restricted diets, no jumping over obstacles or running etc. Good food, real results, NO CARDIO, no BS!

I got stronger and leaner in such a short amount of time, I was excited about my progress and was genuinely enjoying the process - I only ever had to do 3 x sessions per week. Change is a very powerful motivator. Before coming to Amy, I had never spent time in the ‘weights room’ of a gym before and I didn’t understand what ‘deadlifting’ was, but learning this new skill was such a wonderful surprise! In April 2020, during Covid when gyms were shut down, I reached out to Amy to enquire about her services. My initial concern was a lack of equipment at home so initially the focus was on nutrition. I first met Amy in 2012 and did a year of training with her before she relocated to another state. That one year changed my life, and after that, I struggled to find a trainer as good as her. I’ve been training with Amy for 6 months now, and the decision to join her program has to be one of the best things that I’ve ever done for myself. I have been working with Amy for the last 4 months and am very happy with the results I’m seeing. The training program provides me with an easy-to-follow plan which means I can focus on maximising my training time rather than thinking about what exercises to do and how many sets/reps to achieve my goals. When I first started with Amy back in 2019 I was this shy girl who would hide in the corner of the gym. Amy helped me gain the confidence I needed to push myself with weekly nutrition & training & I had amazing results. She is super supportive & non-judgemental. She works with you with your nutrition which is flexible so it’s easy to create some yummy meals.
