I started training with Amy in the middle of 2016 after nearly 7 years of gym experience. There were a lot of setbacks like travelling, being injured, being sick, and even joining the army and deploying overseas has hindered my goals to a certain extent. But fast forward nearly 8 years, I can now deadlift 280kg, bench press 135kg, and squat 200kg. I believe with my previous PT I could only deadlift about 170kgs. I have been so happy with my progress.

Amy changed everything for me. A solid diet with foods I enjoy eating, and none of this starving yourself bullshit. Real food, adjusted frequently. Everything is measured and there is no guesswork. And as for the training….well, I never thought I’d get a thrill from leg pressing 430kg or deadlifting 120kg, but I do! Training with Amy is epic. I leave feeling strong AF. Amy is encouraging, she pushes you and helps you believe you can when your mind is trying to talk you out of it.

Before being coached by Amy I was heavily overweight, always wanted to just sleep, had high blood pressure, high cholesterol, couldn't deal with stressful situations and used to sweat just walking short distances. Now I have normal blood pressure, can sleep perfectly and stressful situations are like water off a duck’s back and I can climb stairs without sweating. All this with NO cardio and no insanely restricted diets, no jumping over obstacles or running etc. Good food, real results, NO CARDIO, no BS!

I got stronger and leaner in such a short amount of time, I was excited about my progress and was genuinely enjoying the process - I only ever had to do 3 x sessions per week. Before seeing Amy, I had never spent time in the weights section of a gym and I didn’t understand what deadlifting was, but learning this new skill was such a wonderful surprise! The program is set up to always challenge you, each time I walked into the gym I was always improving - change is a very powerful motivator.
